Refunds that match how software is delivered.

We sell licences and subscriptions, not boxes — digital provisioning is instant, and refunds follow the same rule: clear eligibility, a fixed timeline, and money back to your original payment method.

Cloud SaaS subscriptions

No-questions-asked refund within 28 days of your first subscription payment. After 28 days, unused subscription time converts to a pro-rata credit note usable across RetailDA™ plans, apps and services.

Perpetual & offline licences

A local installation consumes the licence at activation — cryptographic tokens are generated on your hardware and cannot be reclaimed. Offline licences are non-refundable once activated; evaluate first on a guided demo or evaluation sandbox.

Delivery & refund timeline

Software, licences and hosting are provisioned digitally — no physical goods ship, so there is nothing to return. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Email hello@retailda.com with your order or invoice number. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — there are no cancellation fees.

No physical products are shipped — licences activate digitally, so there is nothing to send back. Activations, cancellations and refunds are governed entirely by the terms on this page.

Your local edge ledger remains readable, and you receive a full export of all historical records, tax documents and customer data before any tenant is retired.

Yes — processed through RBI-compliant gateways with 3-D Secure OTP verification. Approved refunds return to the original international card or instrument.
