All material, software, binaries and content on this platform are owned by TolsTek Group and/or its licensors — all rights reserved; RetailDA.com is operated under licence by Jiggle De Venture Private Limited. You are granted a commercial operating licence for your licensed sites. Commissioned customisations, adapters and bespoke modules built on the engine remain TolsTek intellectual property; you receive an operating licence to run the commissioned build under your site plan. You must not resell, sub-license, decompile or reverse-engineer any software provided.

Plans (AI Delta OS, Growth, Scale and Enterprise) are licensed per operational site (store, warehouse, kitchen, plant or property) with unlimited staff accounts, cashier terminals, SKUs and transactions inside each licensed site. Cloud SaaS plans include continuous updates and support throughout the active subscription. One-time perpetual licences include Year-1 updates and support, extendable from Year 2 via an optional 20%/yr Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or a managed TolsTek Sovereign Host tier.

We strictly do not design, build or support applications for stock trading, gambling or lotteries. Commercial fund collection through our UPI channels is restricted exclusively to valid current accounts using direct bank-issued UPI IDs or QR codes — full Business KYC completion is required to process financial transactions. All collections run through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified gateways with 3-D Secure verification.

Local edge terminals continue operating independent of cloud connectivity with deterministic resync. Multi-tenant, private-cloud and managed TolsTek Sovereign Host control planes (SOLO 8×5, TEAM 24/7, CLUSTER HA and SOVEREIGN AIR-GAP) carry up to a 99.95% availability SLA, with 4-hour priority engineering escalation on Scale and Enterprise plans.

Your catalogue, stock ledger, customer records and fiscal audit trails remain your sole property. You can export your complete dataset in standard CSV, SQL or JSON formats at any time without exit fees or data-hostage clauses.

Subscriptions bill per cycle in advance, exclusive of GST and applicable regional taxes. Scoped bespoke engineering engagements bill 50% in advance upon Statement of Work (SOW) sign-off and 50% upon delivery. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.

For customisations on existing RetailDA™ apps or net-new modules and solutions built on the Ultra Z engine (50% advance, balance on delivery):

QA/QC is mandatory on any project exceeding 6 billable hours. Listed rates cover online training and remote implementation; onsite deployment adds client-covered travel (cab/airfare), lodging and boarding. Written quotes remain valid 15 days and are not combinable with promotional sales or discount codes.

AI agents, Grounded RAG and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools execute strictly inside role-scoped permissions and token ceilings you configure, with every action recorded to an append-only audit log. Customer data is never used to train public models. Clients remain responsible for human-in-the-loop verification on regulated clinical (Schedule-H) and physical PLC/SCADA actuator workflows.

Whether running on client-supplied terminals or pre-hardened TolsTek Sovereign Host CTO servers, the merchant remains the statutory taxpayer of record responsible for valid tax credentials (GST e-Invoice IRP, Veri*Factu, NF525, TSE, eTax, ZATCA) and local physical safety interlocks on industrial equipment.
