She was right — so we changed the model.

Three stars, fairly earned. Under the old lifetime-licence model, support after year one was a metered add-on. RetailDA™ is subscription per site: support, security updates and page-level custom changes sit inside the plan — not billed per ask. This review is one of the reasons why.
