MB/month = msg/day × bytes × 30 ÷ 10⁶ tier = smallest plan ≥ msg/device/month

Message-tier reference uses Azure IoT Central's published per-device allocations (400 / 5,000 / 30,000 messages per month). Payload bytes are data only — radio and protocol overhead add ~10–20% on the wire.
